Over the past 2 years I have met hundreds of people who have goals to live a healthier lifestyle. So what’s stopping them? There are many objections. One of the most common one was lack of knowledge and intimidation to start their journey.
Being able to connect thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is a strategy I use to help others get started. Start with identifying why you are feeling the way you are? How did you get to where you are? Are you happy when you look in the mirror?
